Independent · Evidence-Graded · Not For Sale

Full-body scans and longevity tests, compared without a sales pitch.

ScanGlean is an independent guide to preventive health scanning and longevity diagnostics — full-body MRI, biomarker panels, biological age tests, and longevity clinics. We compare providers, grade the evidence behind their claims, and help you decide. We don't sell scans, and no clinic pays us to rank higher.

Independent. No clinic pays for placement. Evidence-graded. Every claim is sourced. Buyer-first. Built for people spending $2,000+.

What We Do

Independent comparisons, not a clinic's marketing page.

Most "best full-body MRI" or "top longevity clinic" lists online are written or sponsored by the clinics themselves. ScanGlean is built the other way around: we start from the buyer's question, not a client's budget.

We compare providers side by side

Full-body MRI operators, at-home and in-clinic biomarker testing companies, biological age tests, and longevity clinics — evaluated on the same criteria, not a curated shortlist.

We grade the evidence

Every clinical claim a provider makes gets checked against published research and assigned a plain-language evidence grade, so you can see what is well-supported and what is marketing.

We disclose how we make money

Where affiliate or referral relationships exist, they are labeled clearly and never influence a rating. If a provider will not disclose pricing or methodology, we say so.

Grade A — Strong evidence Grade B — Limited evidence Grade C — Marketing claim, unverified

Why ScanGlean Exists

Someone needs to referee this market. It isn't the clinics.

The name comes from "glean" — gathering the useful grain from a messy field. That's the job: sort evidence from marketing so buyers can make an informed decision.

The market is confusing

Full-body MRI, biomarker panels, biological age tests, and longevity memberships are marketed with overlapping and inconsistent claims, making it hard to know what you actually need.

It's expensive to get wrong

A single full-body MRI or a longevity clinic membership can run $500 to $10,000+. Choosing based on a slick website instead of evidence is an expensive mistake.

Most "best of" lists are written by sellers

Many comparison sites in this space are owned by, or paid by, the clinics they rank. That is not independent — it is advertising dressed up as advice.

What We Cover

Six categories. One standard of evidence.

This is the foundation of ScanGlean's coverage. Each category will grow into detailed provider comparisons, cost breakdowns, and evidence reviews.

Full-body MRI

How full-body MRI screening works, what it can and cannot detect, radiation-free scan comparisons, and which providers publish their methodology.

Biomarker & blood panels

At-home and in-clinic blood panels for longevity and preventive health — what markers matter, testing accuracy, and how panels compare on price and scope.

Biological age testing

Epigenetic clocks and biological age tests explained in plain language, including what the science currently supports and where it is still unproven.

Longevity clinics

Membership-based longevity and preventive health clinics compared on services, physician oversight, pricing transparency, and evidence base.

Cost guides

Real-world pricing for scans, panels, and clinic memberships by provider and region, so you can budget before you book anything.

Evidence reviews

Plain-language reviews of the research behind popular screening and longevity claims, each assigned a clear evidence grade.

Who This Is For

Built for careful buyers, not early adopters chasing hype.

ScanGlean is written for health-conscious people doing real diligence before a significant purchase — not for readers looking for the newest biohacking trend.

  • You are considering a full-body MRI, biomarker panel, or longevity clinic membership and want to compare options before booking.
  • You are willing to spend $2,000 or more on preventive health testing, but want evidence that it is worth it first.
  • You have seen conflicting claims from different providers and want an independent read on what is actually supported by research.
  • You want plain-language explanations, not clinical jargon or marketing copy.
